2. Digital Delivery Policy

All offerings (mentorship, classes, registrations, workshops, virtual meetings, downloadable materials) are delivered electronically—no physical shipping.
Upon successful payment, you’ll receive access details via email or your Klaguru account immediately or within 1 business day.

3. No-Refund Policy

All our products and services are purely digital.
Seats are strictly limited for each session/workshop.
Once your registration is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
