About Kla Guru
Welcome to Kla Guru, a non-profit community initiative dedicated to making art accessible to all. Founded by Rashi Chauhan and Sachin Daksh, Kla Guru is a haven for creativity—where we believe in the power of art to transform lives and bring communities together.
Our Mission
As an NGO, our mission goes beyond teaching techniques—we strive to empower individuals, foster creativity, and promote cultural exchange through the universal language of art. We are committed to providing resources, education, and opportunities to everyone, especially those who might not otherwise have access to artistic tools and training.
Our Initiatives
- Free & Subsidized Art Classes
We offer a wide range of online art classes for all ages and skill levels. Many are completely free or heavily subsidized, ensuring financial barriers never hinder artistic growth. - Community Workshops & Events
Our interactive workshops and local events bring together people from diverse backgrounds. Through collaboration and peer feedback, we build a supportive environment that sparks new ideas and lifelong friendships. - Outreach Programs
Kla Guru reaches into under-resourced communities—schools, senior centers, and neighborhood hubs—to deliver hands-on art education, materials, and mentorship where it’s needed most.

About Our Founders
Rashi Chauhan
With a background in fine arts and community development, Rashi has dedicated her career to using art as a vehicle for social change. Her passion for teaching and belief in art’s transformative power led her to co-found Kla Guru—so that everyone, everywhere, can access quality art education.
Sachin Daksh
A self-described “techy person,” Sachin brings his technical expertise to Kla Guru. He focuses purely on building and maintaining the digital platforms, tools, and systems that help our community learn and connect—nothing more, nothing less.
