At Kla Guru, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality art materials, paintings, and portrait services. Below are the terms related to shipping, returns, and refunds. Please read these policies carefully.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipping Locations

We ship our products across India. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

1.2. Shipping Charges
  • Art Materials: Shipping charges vary depending on the size, weight, and location of delivery. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Paintings and Portraits: Shipping for custom paintings and portraits is determined by the dimensions and medium of the artwork, and additional packaging costs may apply to ensure safe delivery.
1.3. Processing Time
  • Art Materials: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
  • Custom Paintings/Portraits: Processing time depends on the nature of the artwork. The estimated completion time will be communicated upon placing your order.
1.4. Delivery Time
  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days for most regions in India.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7-10 business days for remote locations. Please note that delivery timelines are subject to courier partner availability and external factors like weather or government restrictions.
1.5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

1.6. Delayed/Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@klaguru.com or call +91 7983921528. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


2. Return Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Art Materials: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Paintings and Portraits: Custom paintings and portraits are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@klaguru.com or call +91 7983921528 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will issue a return authorization and provide shipping instructions.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

2.3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the product, and we will cover the return shipping costs. You will have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed for:

  • Returned art materials in original, unused condition.
  • Custom paintings or portraits that arrive damaged or defective. Non-refundable: Shipping charges, unless the item is damaged or defective.
3.2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@klaguru.com.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Art Materials

Orders for art materials may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.

4.2. Custom Paintings/Portraits

Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, cancellations for custom paintings or portraits are not permitted once the work has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
